About the Barn Facility

The 2,000-square-foot barn is used as a banquet and meeting room facility, operated by the Streamwood Park District.  Since the character of the original structure has been retained, the barn offers a unique setting for wedding receptions, community events, private parties and corporate meetings.

Hoosier Grove Barn seats up to 100 guests on the main level.  The upper hayloft area, featuring state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, seats up to 25 people.

The facility offers ample parking with 159 parking spaces.

Hoosier Grove Barn is part of a historical center located within the 19-acre Hoosier Grove Park.  This center features a turn-of-the-century one-room schoolhouse, a farmhouse, a horse stable and other small outbuildings.  A beautiful gazebo ideal for group gatherings and outdoor concerts is located next to the barn.

Staff is available to help with the details of your event.  We offer three recommended caterers, however, you may arrange to have your own caterer.  Renters may also bring in their own food and warm it in the barn kitchen.  Liquor package information is also available upon request.
