Rental Information

Hoosier Grove Barn prides itself on being affordable while providing high quality service to our clients. 
We are devoted in helping you make your event unforgettable.

Rental Hours
Sunday through Thursday:        8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Friday thru Saturday:                8:30 a.m. to   1:00 a.m.

Minimum rental period is four (4) hours and two (2) hours for the loft
An hour to set up with a half hour to breakdown included at no extra charge.

Rental Rates

Main Floor
  Monday through Thursday                    $325 for 4 hours
  Friday, Saturday and Sunday                  $495 for 4 hours

Additional hours may be purchased at $85 per hour

Loft
Monday through Sunday                 $50 per hour

Main Floor and Loft
  Monday through Thursday                    $375 for 4 hours
  Friday, Saturday and Sunday                  $545 for 4 hours

Game Room
$125 for 4 hours
The Game Room rate includes a dedicated host who will supervise your children during your party.
Additional hours may be purchased at $25 per hour.

Seating Capacity
Seating capacity is dependent on the floor plan and is laid out per your request.
The listed capacities are a reference. There is ample parking with 159 spaces available.

Payment methods
Payments may be made in person or via phone.  A reservation will be secured upon receipt of a room rental deposit of $250. 
The deposit will be subtracted from your total rental fees.  Rental fees are to be paid fifteen (15) days before the event.
Beverages and bar will be paid day of the event.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. 
Events held on nationally recognized holidays will be billed at time and a half of current rates. 
All rates are subject to change without notice.  Rates effective August 2011.
