Birthday Parties
Need a place to host your child(s) birthday party?
Consider the Cool Pool at the Park Place Family Recreation Center, a facility of the Streamwood Park District.
We boost two State of the Art Aquatic pools.
Your children will love sliding down the Kiddy Slide & floating through the Horse Shoe Channel with friends & family.
Amenities
- White Plastic Table covers
- 3 hours in the Party Room
- 1.5 hours in the pool(s)
- A Cart to bring in and take out your party supplies
- 30 minutes before and after your party to set-up, decorate and clean-up
- Trash bags
- Party Host - The host acts more like a waiter or waitress, they help you in the beginning of the party and then periodically check on you during your time in the party room. After your party they will be there to help clean up after your party.
Splash Parties
Splash Parties are held during our public open swim hours. Your guests will have access to both the 25 yard Lap Pool and the Activity Pool. The Activity Pool is a zero depth entry pool featuring a Kiddy Slide, Horse Shoe Channel, two-story high water slide and Water Play Structures.
Days: Saturday & Sundays
Party Times: 1:00 – 4:00pm, 1:30 – 4:30pm, and 3:30 – 6:30pm
- 3 hours in the party room
- 1.5 hours in the Cool Pool
Guest size: 40
(this is the number of people the room can accommodate. All guests are welcome to swim in either the Activity Pool or Lap Pool).
Fee: $175 residents / $195 non-residents (double these fees for party sized over 40 and fewer than 80)
Party Rooms: East, West and Parkside Rooms.
The East/West Rooms can also be combined to host up to 80 guests.
Your room time is the full three hours.
Semi-Private (Secluded) Pool Parties
Our Semi-Private (Secluded) Pool Party is held in the Activity Pool and is yours alone. The Lap Pool will remain open during your party time for Fitness Center Members to swim laps.
Days: Friday
Party Times: 6:00 – 9:00pm
- 3 hours in the party room
- 1.5 hours in the Cool Pool
Fees: $255 residents / $270
Recommended ages 3-10
Payment in full is due at the time of your reservation.
Reservations can be taken over the phone with a Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Our reservation office is at the Hoosier Grove Barn, 700 W. Irving Park Road, Streamwood, IL 60107.
We accept pool party reservations 12 months in advance.
You are welcome to bring in your own juice, soda, food and cake.
