New Year Weight Loss Challenge

This 10 week program consists of a meeting each week to educate participants about
proper nutrition and weight loss. Discussion topics are unique every week and a weight
loss coach is provided to help you throughout the program.
The combination of a weekly
meeting and being held accountable by your personal coach is essential to success.
